Wisconsin United FC
Wisconsin United FC is committed to working with families to ensure every child has an opportunity to enjoy a soccer experience with our club. With this commitment, we have developed several programs for families to utilize.
Installment Payment Plan
To help families budget for their specific soccer program with Wisconsin United FC, we offer the flexibility of an installment payment plan. By going through the regular registration process you can select the option to pay in installments. This helps minimize the financial impact of having to pay for full program fees up-front.
A family may feel that they need financial assistance to have their child participate. Below you will see the process for applying for financial aid. All of the financial aid we offer is need-based. There will be no financial aid provided for summer camps. Financial assistance or discounts for these programs will be provided at the Camp Director’s discretion.
If your player intends to join a program mid-season and is interested in financial aid, they will need to reach out to us directly. We can’t guarantee that players who join mid-season will receive financial aid due to budget limitations.
Financial Aid Application
If you have not done so already, all interested applicants must first complete the Tryout or Player Registration Process. This can be accessed on our registration sign up page through Demosphere.
During the Player Placement process, each player will receive an offer email for their team assignment and must accept/reject their team invitation.
Juniors & Recreational Players will skip this step.
The player must pay the initial player fee payment to hold their position on the team.
Once the initial player fee payment is made, the player can apply for Financial Aid using the following link:
Wisconsin United FC Financial Aid Application
All applicants will receive notice regarding the amount of their financial aid (or if they did not receive an aid package) within two weeks after the deadline closes. They will have one week to respond either with their acceptance of the financial aid or they need to respond with notice of their withdrawal from the program.
When the acceptance of the financial aid communication is received, the financial aid will be applied to their account and the payment plan will be created to pay the remaining balance.
