Coach Bill Nowak has lived in De Pere for most of his life. He played club soccer for De Pere Select from U11 through U17 and has been involved in the game his entire life. Bill started coaching six years ago with the Academy program and recently completed his sixth year. For the past two years, he has been the assistant coach for the 2012 Girls while also working with the Academy program.

Bill enjoys coaching because it allows him to share his knowledge of the game while teaching kids important life lessons about teamwork, work ethic, and problem-solving. Seeing the growth players make from the first to the last practice is the most rewarding part of the opportunity.
