Dusty Rhodes is the Director of Coaching (DOC) for our North region. Coach Rhodes is a certified Grassroots coach and holds his United States Soccer Federation B License.
Coach Rhodes began his coaching career with De Pere Select in 2007 but has had plenty of coaching experience outside of the club level. He served as the Ashwaubenon Jaguars Head Assistant Coach from 2008-2011, when they won their first-ever and only FRCC Championship. He was the varsity boys coach at De Pere High school from 2013-2021. In addition to his wealth of coaching experience, Coach Rhodes was also an elite player. Beginning his career at De Pere Select, he attended De Pere High School, where he led his team to two WIAA State Finals, eventually winning the WIAA State Championship in 1993. During his high school career, he received All-State honors twice, All-Midwest honors once, and in his senior year was named to the High School Boys All-American Team. From there, Coach Rhodes went on to have a stellar collegiate soccer career at UW-Green Bay & Edgewood College.
